I can truly say that my experience here as far exceeded my expectations. Culture, culture, culture! There are so many reasons that our Glassdoor rating is through the roof. Transparency and Kindness are still my tops. As Dev often says, he hopes that everyone's experience at MongoDB represents an inflection point in their career.
