Pros
At Monigle, I had the opportunity to work with some of the smartest people in the industry. The quality of work and thinking was rigorous and thorough. Not only that, but as a junior level employee, I found no shortage of people who went out of their way to help me learn and grow. As far as leadership, I can only speak to the strategy team, which was run with a real sense of appreciation and care for the employees.
Cons
Communication can be a challenge at time, both across teams, and between junior and senior team members. This is a conservative organization were things move a bit slower. You cannot expect the traditional agency "fast and loose" dynamic.
