Pros

• Real work-life balance* • Competitive salaries* • Employees often progress in their careers.* • This company highly regards its employees and cultivates a close-knit culture. They offer top-notch compensation, benefits, and opportunities for professional development. • The offices in Bogotá are beautiful and perfectly adapted to work, getting along with people, sharing a beer/coffee, and building healthy relationships. • Zemoga offers the option to work from home or the office (hybrid). • Zemoga's financial infrastructure is robust, providing employees with security even during the global crisis. • Offer support to individuals with performance issues before implementing strict measures.

Cons

• *Achieving a proper work-life balance could vary depending on the project's demands or the season. • *Considering the recent partnership with MediaMonks and the high-profile clients, it would seem appropriate to increase salaries. • Moving up to a senior position as a designer may come with promotion challenges like: i. The need to constantly show off in meetings and events. Which sometimes is unsuitable for introverted people or personas who dislike being on the spot. ii. Disciplinary initiatives can uncover hidden skills but may require extra time. Some of the client projects can also highlight abilities. iii. As an external designer, gaining established clients' trust can be challenging.

Pros

They sent me a brand new MacBook. Most people here do actually want to do a good job but the place is such a shitshow that it impedes everyone’s ability to do literally anything.

Cons

It’s about 40 different companies dressed up in a trench coat pretending to be a “unified “ brand. In-fighting and political machinations galore. No support/coaching for upward growth of current employees. Low-ball salaries, even for the industry.
