Pros

Has some of the best directors I've ever worked for, but also the worst. Offers a freedom few companies have. Overall it's rarely a toxic work environment. At times the work life balance is pretty decent.

Cons

Low pay, expensive and crappy benefits, little PTO, will work you to the bone with constantly demanding deadlines for projects. There's honestly little to nothing monetarily the company has going for it.

First starting off the pay was a pro, but no raises or bonuses since.

Cons

No support from management, no clear direction and lack of transparency. No raises/bonuses for the people that deserve it.
