Pros

The job pays good and you might get a bonus, which is cool. But the bosses mostly hire their friends instead of people who are really good or know a lot. They also seem really stressed all the time, and the workers don’t look happy.

Cons

lunches are super short like under 30 minutes and you have to squeeze them in between visits. It feels really rushed all the time. You’re booked all the time and expected to finish everything plus more.

Pros

Salary is usually good as that’s the only thing they can compete on.

Cons

Benefits are very thin and bare minimum. The culture is very much look out for yourself oriented. Leadership are not inspirational at all, don’t expect thankfulness or gratitude for work done. Ive witnessed many senior leaders fired with little to no warning or reason. The company lacks any serious engineering excellence in how and what is being built from a tech perspective. Everything is just sort of hacked together.
