Pros

Care managers are nice. Clients and families make job worth it.

Cons

Poor employee morale. Feels like they don't care about employees at all, high health insurance deductible, no 401k, no updated handbook, poor management, lack of communication, no policies, passive aggressive management styles, non existent HR.

Decent pay. A few super nice people on my team.

Cons

Ridiculous traveling, driving all over the state to just have patients not be home. Patients called the call center to cancel and call center doesn’t communicate to CM that the pt canceled.
