Where do I begin! I cannot believe I was told to leave a positive review to boost the rating. This company treats their field staff poorly, there is absolutely no communication, yet you are expected to know what you’ve never been told. This company is all about numbers over patient care. If you value your RN license, RUN! Also, the benefits are TERRIBLE and very expensive either way large deductibles.

A few Manager were very knowledgeable and supportive. MH dismissed the good supervisors .

Cons

Leadership don’t care about employees or patients. They don’t know what they are doing. Complete chaos. Recent added Leadership are even worse than the previous ones.

Working from home at times.

Cons

No work life balance. You are expected to see 3-4 patients a day. The charting on each patient takes hours. Then you get more tasks with corrections to make to your charting. I never felt like I was finished with my work. Made me feel anxious all the time.
