Pros

-Very organized company, you always get paid on time. -Ability to make your own shifts -Guaranteed work every week - Work really cool events and meet new people -Staff was awesome -Drive a sick Monster Truck!

Cons

-Only aloud working a max of 3-4 shifts a week, so you have to have another job to support yourself. -Very hard to advance in the company -Does not give employees raises, regardless of experience or workload. -Upper management does not show any appreciation for the brand ambassadors. -Team lead plays favourites (Big time).

Great part time position

Pros

You make your own hours. You get to talk to a lot of people. You get free Monster beverages.

Cons

At times, upper management doesn't understand exactly what goes on with their team members. Some team members take advantage of the other hard working fellow employees and never get caught/fired. No growth from within. Don't think that this job may lead to further opportunities with the company, because they rarely hire from within.
