Travel, excitement, Best Energy Drink on the market, If you love to travel then this is the place for you. Time off is easy, (depends on your supervisor but mine is great!!!)

Cons

Not a lot of room for promotions, no real succession plan in place to train, no training program what so ever

I worked as a Marketing Ambassador for a MAT team. I enjoyed the following: -Good pay -Flexible schedule -Traveling within the region -Getting to rep at various popular events and festivals -Fun interacting with the public

Cons

-Direct supervisor (MAT team market manager) was not consistent about communicating changes in procedures to all employees and employees would get backlash for "mistakes" made due to lack of information; He was also sometimes not respectful when speaking to subordinates and often appeared to pick favorites
