Management is primarily white, lacks diversity, So much turnaround within certain departments and no one is looking into why. People receive promotions without having posted the positions to the public allowing for others to apply. A double standard when it comes to policies and procedures. The PTO/Sick policy is the worst I’ve ever seen. Employees are only allowed to use 8 sick days a year, after that it results in attendance points that can lead to disciplinary action. Employee mental health is not prioritized. This place has gone downhill in a short period of time

See the recent $10 million dollar judgment against the hospital, in favor of a cardiologist who was fired for whistleblowing fraudulent billing pracitices, etc. They also hired a union-busting firm from LA when the nurses tried to unionize.
