Pros

The company gives a lot of vacation time.

Cons

Management retaliates against employees and promotion is given only in favoritism. Hard working employees are not recognized and the lazy ones gets away with everything. Employees are under paid and over worked.

Pros

Most co-Workers and salaries. I would give 5 stars to most of the nurses I had the pleasure of working with. The cohesiveness was great. Most brought their A game forward. Although my hours were unbearable they (my coworkers) help me get through it.

Cons

Supervisors who are allowed to bully and humiliate the staff. They do not even try to hide their behavior, and although there is a union once the supervisors set their sights on you, there is no one who can protect you.
