Pros

Working with the clients and getting to know them can be very rewarding.

Cons

Reliable daily schedules do not exist for certain positions. There is no way to plan. Turnover is so high that the client side of the business is always in emergency mode. There is a huge disconnect between the two facilities. Impossible to have a work/life balance.

it is a Monday through Friday job.

Cons

Low pay with no annual raises though price of insurance rises yearly, shrinking your paycheck annually, sub par mileage pay for use of your personal vehicle to transport clients. No real advancement opportunities. Unprofessionalism within management, business office and HR.
