Supportive Supervisor! Consumer’s treated with respect, Great Benefits, Professional Workplace, Non-traditional work schedule.

the clients we serve are the best.

Cons

Way below average pay. Cant retain employees. Poor management in all areas. Disconnect between business office, case managers, program managers and directors and Direct Support employees. Poor treatment by managers and directors towards staff. No annual pay raises. Employees overworked.
