good benefits, comfortable working offices.

Cons

no raises in 5+ years, senior leadership is more worried about thier special projects than the moral of the employees. pet projects that cost thousands and produce nothing but headachs.

Pros

The Moore Center is a great place to start a career in human services. The senior leadership truly care about employees and clients, and work to make sure the best services are provided for everyone. The nature of human services work makes it difficult for some to move up since the needs of services don't change and many people stay in their positions for a long period of time since it is a great employer.

Cons

There are so many regulations that must be followed that there can be a big learning curve for people especially if department procedures are known but not documented.
