Pros
Lots of knowledgeable, passionate people here who wants to do a good job. Leadership is pretty engaged for the most part.
Cons
A very traditional workplace that utilizes old (or no) systems for the day-to-day operations. Company does a good job defining what needs to be done but drops the ball on how to strategically get there and executing. High impact decisions are made with little planning upfront, leading to lots of confusion down the road. There is no shortage of change and restructuring, with little communication on the extent of change leading to further confusion.
