The pay scale is low beyond belief, many years outdated. Management refuses to believe this, instead relying on a reviewing company which has no real idea what kind of work is being done or what other companies to compare the jobs to. Being out in the production area is a very dirty job, no way to really avoid that when working with ceramics. The very air is even filled not only with silica dust but water-soluable oil, which I do not believe can be healthy to breathe. The benefits package is on the very low side of barely standard. However, the worst part of working there is that any person who doesn't bow towards the Plant Manager's office and swear that this is the bestest place in the world will be sent packing in short order.

poor managers know nothing but want you to follow whatever they like while giving 0 guidance, answering nothing to your questions. stop people telling the truth and bully on you by using their "manager rank". unethical activities include sending bad product to customer, bypassing necessary processes to force people to do wrong things while leave no evidence, lying to employees and customers and making unreasonable commitments then dumping 100% duty to others. Ask people to follow company code while managers can break them anytime without any punishment. Stealing revenue from future without taking care the arrears first and asking employees why we have so many arrears. losing business, losing capable people can do the real work hiring more and more managers gain more contribution but talk all the time or lock themselves in the office whole day.
