Cons

Using Yardi, Rent Cafe, and Infotycoon. This needs to be consolidated into one property management program. Bouncing back and forth slows down productivity.

Wow, what an opening that you love coming to work, me too! As we continue to grow we will continue to evaluate our electronic and tech platforms. Because we typically select the "best in breed" solutions we are faced with, but also understand the challenges of multiple sign-ons. Thanks for thinking of our service teams and their working conditions whether it be summer or winter, they are often unsung heroes! Great idea with the water bottles and they are available for order through our marketing portal.

PEOPLE and JOB SECURITY. We have some of the most experienced, talented and hard-working employees in the industry working for our company and it makes a difference in the every day work environment. Morgan is going to be around for decades to come, and only getting bigger each year!

Cons

Because we are a big company, you don't have the intimacy of a smaller "mom and pop" environment. Works for some, not for all.

Everyone is very easy going, supportive, and so much fun to work with. This company is great to work for because they train you on everything! They give you the tools to be successful

Cons

Some of the new process with going paperless is very lengthy and I don't really think they think some decisions through fully
