Pros

NONE none none none none

Cons

The HR staff sucks. The property managers care nothing about anyone beneath them. They don’t train you on your job they just throw you in and expect you to swim. And dare not to ask questions. They’ll bite your head off.

Thank you for your feedback. Morgan Properties offers a robust training program for all leasing consultants. Each new leasing consultant is provided with a dedicated Morgan Mentor to assist them in all aspects of their new role at Morgan Properties. Training includes three to four full days of sales and process training at our King of Prussia Corporate office. After that training is completed all Leasing Consultants continue their training on-site with either their supervisor, mentor, or a member of our training department. If you are experiencing training issues we encourage you to reach out to your Regional Manager or a member of our Training Department for additional assistance.

Pros

Some great co-workers and great way to learn since there is no training. One must figure it out themselves.

Cons

Upper management is horrible and it's all about how well someone likes you. The corporate office has a joke of a VP for their HR staff, one of the most unapproachable people in the company. Upper Management does not care, they are all about how much money the VP's can earn and not the little people actually running the company. Not a family company at all, even though they claim they are.

Pros

A lot! Training program is great. No micro managing. Full support from higher management. Great pay. Benefits are good.

Cons

Time off is disapppointing. I fully understanding properties having needs but when you KNOW not a single person will enter your office during a holiday ( day after thanksgiving, day after Christmas) it seems more like a punishment to stay. When the company runs contests and they left office stay close early...or close early before the day before thanksgiving... 3 or 4pm is NOT leaving early.
