Pros? Lots of properties to move around to - when you get so fed up with the one you're at

Cons

Too many to count... pretty sure corporate Facilities Managers are taking kick backs from out of state contractors. Corporate could not care less about the residents' safety - until the Fire Marshall/ Health department are called. Quality of workmanship is a joke - there is none. A contractor painted a playground improperly and kids are peeling off the paint - and eating it. Hopefully no one gets sick. More concerned about outward appearances that keeping residents happy - and on site management has little to no control because of Corporate Policy. Unless you kiss a... you will get NO WHERE

Morgan Properties pays their people to post these phony reviews just like the phony resident reviews about their properties. The whole company is a fraud.

Cons

Mismanaged properties. Outdated townhouses with 40+ year old appliances. Incompetent maintenance staff. Properties are dumps. Basically, Morgan Properties are Slum Lords.

Great training at coorporate office. Never get bored on the job. Fast growing company with opportunity for growth.

Cons

Benefits are very expensive with only 70% coverage. Hours and schedules change all the time and you work most weekends. Pay is lower than national average.
