This place will kill your career. My boss is a professional liar, to the degree where he really needs help. HR is useless and has to be that way in order to go along with the bad ways they treat their employees. I was totally not surprised at all to learn that this place was sold. At one time they had the market all wrapped up, but not so much so now. If your a Software Engineer, you'd be better off trying to get a job elsewhere. One of these reviews mention that when they layed off a bunch of Software Engineers, they gave them zero severance. Again, I'm totally not surprised at all. I hope this company continues in their free fall. The parent company's solution is to sell the place. I hope the new company cleans house at the top, along with their useless and unethical HR department! In looking back, I have to say that I wish I never took a job here. This place almost killed my career! Lucky for them there are hardly any labor laws in Massachusetts. To anyone thinking about working here - care to guess why their always advertising for Software Engineers? Don't say I didn't warn you.

Managers have no idea what they are doing. They are running the company into the ground. When you try to help and explain they want to argue even though they have no idea what they are even talking about. Managers harass and bully employees. If you try to notify HR then the harassing and bullying gets worse. No one has any common sense. Customers are getting horrible service due to people in charge worry about blaming others rather than fixing the problem!
