      Pros

      I love what I do and how we make it easy for our customer to do business with us! Management is great. I feel like I can go to them about anything and everything! Never been at a job before that I loved so much! They truly live by the core values we speak at every meeting! I love the opportunity for growth as well!

      Cons

      I really don't have any complaints about the company! I get paid very well and LOVE my job and how I help people everyday! I'm not one that hates Mondays or has to sit in my care contemplating if I wanna go to work! I love my coworkers!

      Pros

      At Morris Jenkins they want you to be successful because they know it will make them successful. I've already had the opportunity to move departments to a different position, allowing me to improve my quality of life, improve my technical skills and create new opportunities for advancement. Everyone seems to be pulling in the same direction and it shows. Its a great work atmosphere from the technicians to the office to the management and I look forward to going to work everyday.

      Cons

      You really have to deal with people well as working with the public in their own homes can be difficult, uncomfortable or sometimes just strange. Some people will love you, some people can't wait for you to go. You have to be able to stick to your guns, do a great job no matter what and be confident in yourself.

      Pros

      Most of the people working there are nice, they try to have fun

      Cons

      The pay over time has become less competitive, MJ is unfortunately not keeping up with the times. It became too hard to pay the bills and i had to go elsewhere. Benefits in general are lacking, health insurance was very expensive even for the least coverage. I did enjoy my time there for the most part and wish i could have stayed. Being "fun" does not pay the bills
