Pros

The endless training and support given to you by everyone in the company is amazing to say the least. Morris-Jenkins puts so much time and effort into making sure that everyone is happy and doesn't feel lost. The core values are some of the best I have ever had the privledge of abiding by. I would high recommend a career with Morris-Jenkins to anyone that wants a change in their life or looking to broaden their skill set.

Cons

The hours in the Summer are long. It's air conditioning season so it's to be expected but if you have a strenuous home life, it will be a hard adjustment.

Fun loving company makes u feel like you work with your family. I knew I made the right decision to work here when I witnessed the Contact Center Director and Manager taking calls right with us

Cons

Having to wait 90 days for benefits and paid holiday as well as the high cost of medical benefits

Great people, competitive salary and and office that likes to have fun. VERY BIG on company culture. They will try to find a position within the company that will fit you

Cons

Company is so big on culture that they will let you go if you don't "fit" the culture. Make sure if you get a job here to be friendly and outgoing at all times.
