      Too much of a "good old boy" network. Was once told by a director when describing a gay employee, "God will sort it out in the end."

      I love working for this company! Everyone here works as a team! I have worked for another company where this was not the case, so let me tell you it's refreshing. The management teams, from Mr. Jenkins to the manager of my department are awesome! I have worked for another HVAC company before and it makes a huge difference to work in a happy environment.

      Pros

      Friendly environment and opportunity to make a lot of money with no degree. They provide great job training at their facility.

      Cons

      Benefits are not good. If benefits were lower it would be a better company. Other than is a great company to work for.
