Yes, sales goals are prioritized throughout the year, but usually incentivized with games and contests. This is not a cut-throat sales floor that will can you the minute you fall behind on a goal. There's a lot of departments here, so if you can find a position that you enjoy and you know how to adapt to an environment that can change pretty quickly, you'll do just fine. There are pretty defined busy and slow seasons, so maybe the hardest part of the job is not getting complacent. If you do fit in with the culture here, and that's pretty easy if you ask me, this will be a fruitful place to work. Everyone is friendly. Everyone is here to work and have a bit of fun.
