The culture is amazing. Everyone is extremely friendly and easy to work with. Salary compensation is above average. They sincerely appreciate your hard work and dedication. It is a family friendly organization.

Cons

The Pros make any cons seem frivolous. I don't have any conplaints with my current position other than we may need more parking spots.

I have to admit that I listened to people talk about Morris Jenkins for several years and never gave the company a chance. However, I found out last year that I knew a employee that worked for the company and I began talking to him about joining the team. After long consideration I decided to accept the offer of COD Technician and it has been the best career choice I have ever made. I quickly took to Morris Jenkins like a "duck to water" and I have enjoyed every aspect of my employment. I have been in the HVAC field for almost 11 years and I have never worked for a company that cares so much about the employees and customers. My only regret with Morris Jenkins is not coming to work for them sooner. I told my wife that if something ever happens with my employment I would not return to the HVAC field because I don't believe another company could beat Morris Jenkins!
