They do try to do things for the employees to make them feel special. They put an effort into the culture.

Cons

Yikes! PFS has the worst turnover for leadership and caregivers. They hire and fire without anyone being able to make a difference or to train. Senior leadership has been turned over 3 times within the past 2 years.
