My staff was wonderful. The idea behind Mosaic was great too, just not executed well.

Cons

Upper management did not seem to be educated in what actually happens in the clinic on a day-to-day basis.

Pros

Initial training was excellent when I started in 2013. 4 weeks of training which was something I had never received at a new job as a nurse. Benefits were good and if you declined benefits you get a 15% pay increase. Compensation was good for nurses.

Cons

Leadership/management was terrible and not experienced in the field and without any support from upper management when needed. Which left those of us with experience trying to help managers that had no idea what they were doing and trying to help lead the team without any authority/title to lead. All leading to frustration and poor job satisfaction.
