Too many chiefs and not enough indians

Pros

Decent benefits for the area but it should because it is the areas largest employer. It is a job.

Cons

High rate of employee turnover. Non existent training for new employees. Few raises and always system wide, no merit or job performance raises given. Management non existent when needed. Always in "meetings".. No support from management. Poor work/life balance. Mosaic comes first over everything else.. Does not want long term employees. Management unwilling to listen to new ideas. Staff is overworked most of the time missing meals.

Decent insurance, great coworkers, intelligent and compassionate physicians, variable locations to work, variety of services to offer to patients, employee benefits are decent.

Cons

Not competitive pay- focus is on adding to work load and not promoting employees based on work load. Lacks follow through with management Standards are pretty on paper but amount to little when it comes to employees Large employee turnover Lacks training for new hires Little work/life balance

Work-Life balance, great benefits and flexibility.

Cons

The raises are few and far between. I do not like that they are company wide. Someone who is not good at their job should not get the same raise as someone who always strives to excel.
