"Life guide". Expected to do 4 peoples job and never get a raise.

Pros

It's making me put something here. I truly can't think of anything I gained from working here. There are no incentives for doing a good job.

Cons

Never a manager at our clinic Hostile work environment If you don't take their benefits you also are penalized with not ever accruing PTO. Never any raises or bonuses.

I worked with a mostly amazing staff and all of the physicians and NP's where excellent and inspiring Beautiful buildings and very impressive atmosphere. The patients really appreciated what you did for them.

Cons

Direct manager was unavailable to staff, did not want to discuss growth ideas, and was quite rude when discussing work related conflicts. Manager lied regarding quit date that was fulfilled. HR employees where also not wonderful but the HR manager was very understanding and would listen to concerns.
