Pros

I'm privileged to work on an amazing company that helps so many organizations and schools to manage Apple devices around the world. We make a difference on a constant basis to people that are relying on our platform to manage their fleet and they can vouch for our pristine delivery. That is a reflection of a company that is proud of its Customer Care and you can't provide good customer care if your employees are not satisfied and in sync with the company path and focus. Been here for almost 3 years, promoted twice and excited with the opportunities ahead.

Pros

Ability to work remote Assigned Apple devices for work Some team members are very nice and friendly Great product Company paid for benefits

Cons

Extremely divided - employees aren’t really allowed to talk to other people in other departments or even learn about the product/business in general. No performance raises/reviews Working in an environment where you don’t get clear direction or tasks but made to feel stupid if and when you make a mistake No employee engagement whatsoever - only messages from the CEO addressing the team randomly
