Pros

Monday through Friday daytime hours

Cons

Like the products for which Motion overly marks up on their customers, employees are viewed as replaceable parts. To be successful here, employees must have no obligations outside of work that interfere could with the company's profit margin.

Pros

Healthcare, 401k, Compensation, Wellness Programs, Stabile company - tenure there is like 17 years.

Cons

I enjoyed working here, but I was always overworked and stretched thin. It felt like no matter how much work I did there was always more being added and we could never get additional people to help. There was a huge lack of resources in the marketing department, but expectations did not match that lack of resources. I loved the marketing team overall, but when it came to cross-departmental projects there was not always support. There was always a lot of red tape to jump through to get anything done and took upwards of a year or more to get signoff on things. There is also a lack of diversity in upper management/ executive positions.
