Very low pay, very much a sales job although the title is recruiter, all cold calling.

POOR management training following a cookie cutter method. Company thrives on micromanagement and making sure their employees never think they are doing well. They prey on recent university grads explaining this is the best career opportunity, when in reality it's a toxic working environment with very little paths to learn. Real blow to confidence here.
