Pros

They being good to you till your training for 2 weeks only.

Cons

After that you will see Humiliation - manager humiliates recruiter in front of whole team and destroy the confidence of that recruiter. False promises exposed - at the time of interview they promised you that for the first 3 months there will no targets for recruiter but just when you approaching towards your 3 months which includes the 2 weeks training they show your numbers and ask you to resign. Bad management So much of micro management

Pros

-Lots of opportunity to grow salary and get bonus cash $$$ -Down to earth team culture where all personalities are welcome as long as they can be taught to sell - Get some experience with cool companies, networking, and tons of opportunity to learn new soft skills - Commission is great once you get to it. - They will work with you to get you where you need to be, lots of coaching available

Cons

- KPI driven (Could be a pro for some folks, the objective each day is clear and somewhat structured, but at times a little repetitive) - Job is easy to overwork in. You have to have good time management and discipline to have a good work life balance. - Sales is very competitive -The industry is undergoing a shift and the executive team either lacks change management skills, or the willingness to execute them. A lot of sloppy process changes that got trickled down to regional/local managers, and often they are at bandwidth.
