When it comes to professional growth, the HR team is working hard to create a transparent work environment with clear paths for career growth and professional development. We recently introduced the Motional Career Compass, and will be rolling out career paths with common sets of competencies and associated learning and development opportunities to ensure all employees have what they need to steadily progress in their roles. In regards to your comments on compensation, I appreciate your feedback.
