Pros

Bonuses are great, and the culture started out fantastic. The small company allows you to try new things. The CEO has a vision of where he wants to see the company go.

Cons

Poisonous company culture. SFCG spends a lot of money on food and parties, but those only get you so far. The company has it's own clique. Be careful when considering whether to work here or not. Pay attention to other reviews inside indeed.com as well.

Access to technology and training Vacation and benefits

Cons

No Teammanship, everyone is in competition with one another, know for giving bad refernces. Someone that I knew worked with them and they not only recieved a bad reference but was fired for not fitting into corporate culture. This person was a very hard worker and had great work ethic too.

Pros

Motiv is of the best professional cultures I've ever been a part of. Everyone works together as a cohesive team. Nowhere is perfect, but leadership is consistently looking for ways to improve in all areas. Benefits are competitive and the leadership team is very supportive of a good work/life balance. They want to see you continuously grow and develop both personally and professionally.

Cons

With a lot of remote positions, it can feel difficult to connect with teammates. Motiv does a great job of finding creative ways to remedy that with optional quarterly team events!
