Pros

Motiv is an amazing company to work for. It truly is a team environment where everyone values working together to achieve our goals. Motiv is very customer and employee centric, making sure that the employees are happy to ensure that our customers are also happy. The entire executive team is unlike any other I have worked with in my career - always striving to improve the company, the processes, the people, and the technology. We are growing fast and will continue to see the business grow and succeed into the future. Positive hiring process, thorough onboarding, weekly 1:1s with directors and open door with all executives, daily standups with ALL Motiv staff, great benefits, bonuses, and a strong culture. You have the option to working remotely (most are 100% remote with occasional optional office visits.

Cons

I could mention one or two cons, but the only ones I can think of are currently being addressed. This is just how Motiv works - if there are issues, they get resolved by the entire executive team coming together with the entire Motiv team to solve problems.

Pros

A culture that cares. SFCG is focused on the team first. We have a methodology of "horns out" which means taking on external challenges and forging together as a unit to better the company and better ourselves. Flexible hours and flexible vacation policies allow me to adjust to life and take care of myself when needed.

Cons

With growth comes challenges. SFCG sometimes finds itself in "sprint" patterns in order to achieve the next level of growth. This can be daunting and exhausting for a period of time until the next plateau.

Great opportunity to work with great clients and partners

Pros

Small company provides an awesome opportunity to contribute to projects right away with cool clients. Partnership with Oracle is strong and delivers great technology. Office environment and culture make coming to work every day easy. Vacation plan (1 week a quarter required) and company activities are awesome. Great place to develop new skills and grow quickly.

Cons

Can't offer big company benefits because still small (not sure this is a con) Tough place to hide, you have to work hard and contribute. Very focused on doing the right thing for clients - can create a lot of pressure. No formal class room or group training, everything is very individual.
