      I've been with Motive for only 3 months, but in this short time, I’ve felt genuinely supported and valued. Every concern I have is always addressed at once, and there's a clear focus on employee success. I appreciate open communication and approachability amongst my teammates. Motive provides continuous learning opportunities and a healthy work-life balance. It’s rare to find a workplace that invests in both your growth and well-being, and I’m truly grateful to be part of this team.

      Depending on the role, there can be a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, but I believe that’s expected with any new position. Thankfully, the team has always been there to guide me through it, and the overall experience for me has been very positive.
