      Pros

      The learning at Motive never stops, no matter what position you are at, hence, growth is inevitable. I have not seen the support as extensive and wholesome than Motive, where everyone will keep coming to help you in times of need. Feedbacks and acknowledgments go hand in hand. Plus, the culture overall is pretty positive and supportive.

      Cons

      Sometimes the learning curve can feel overwhelming but your leaders will always support you in this regards.
