1.Free food 2.Subsidized transport

1.Downsize with a criminal attitude (Employees will not be allowed to touch their stuff, will be called in a meeting and guards will escort them out) 2. HR policies will be changed according to the 'friends' of the HR demands 3. Micromanagement 4. No respect of employee's dignity 5. If they have to let you go, they can accuse you of anything they want

Free food and a lot of room for slacking under corrupt management

Cons

Racism: hostile environment for over 800 people forced to use a christian name. Telling them their name scares people. Incompetent people have been sitting on the management seat its cancerous to watch them. Thank god i left. Hr doesn't advocate for employees. Theyre animals

Pros

The people i worked with were awesome! There was a sense family ties between my teammates.

Cons

Massive layoff even though we got a good round of funding. The company let go about half of its employees, regardless if they were super talented and brought value to the company. To be upfront, I did not get laid off, I decided to leave this company when I saw good people let-go. Stay away.
