      Empty Promises

      Free lunches. Unlimited PTO. Big Promises

      Cons

      Lets be honest. The CEO hired 200+ employees to build the 2nd fastest growing freight brokerage in history, with many promises from the CEO that we will build the largest 3PL in the country. Every single one of these employees bought into the dream and worked very hard to make this happen. Turns out, it wasn't the CEO's plan the entire time. He let every person in the company go with 0 notice. I do not believe that I need to say much more.

      Pros

      Some of the smartest and kindest people I have worked with. Unfortunately this doesn't make up for the chaotic and self-serving C Level Leadership.

      Cons

      People Ops a mess, requires hard re-set. Cruelly deceptive top-tier leadership. Employees hounded to give 5 star reviews despite the reality here.

      CEO and KT high level employees --clueless

      Unlimited pto, free lunch, flex.

      Cons

      KT employees have zero idea what they are doing. They banked on the OPL experience and knowledge of those employed to make the decisions, do all the work and then take credit for it. They are never available and work the hours of 10am (if you are lucky) to about 2pm. Wanted all OPL's feedback and then claims he "made a mistake". I fully believe they will not succeed with the smart load board. It is much worse than all other load boards out there and they now do not have those doing all the work to back them up. They have zero idea what a carrier wants, how the market works, or what type of equipment is even out there. This load board will absolutely fail in the end-- their big "mission" will no longer be one in ~6 months.
