The company is well organized and well run. This SF based startup with an office in WNY is growing at warp speed, yet it still feels like a small company. The upper management takes a real hands-on approach. The CEO and CTO spend time getting to know all employees, looking for ways to increase productivity and make better decisions for the organization. Everyone's opinion matters here. The knowledge level within the company is extremely high. They search the country to fill positions and bring in a good mix of candidates whom all exceed my expectations. There is a real feeling of satisfaction when you complete a task and your coworkers acknowledge your achievements. The company seems to genuinely care about the people who work here.
