      Pros

      An opportunity that is off the radar for many people because of the industry we provide a solution for. There is an impending federal mandate and the open market is extremely large. The mandate is generating all the urgency needed and the company is positioned very well to seize a solid market share by December 18th. Great culture Unlimited vacation Work hard/play hard atmosphere Opinions are heard and acted upon by upper management (open door policy) Can't imagine working anywhere else at the moment.

      Cons

      No company is perfect, growth can be difficult at times but we are all working together.

      Pros

      A very good and fun place to work . people are kin of helpfull. Alot of things are systemized even though its a big start up.

      Cons

      Not much of any. But yes they pick you in a van with the rest of the co workers which i am not very comfortable with. still its better then not having that facility at all.
