      Great product but major leadership struggles

      Pros

      Remote only work, flexible work hours, competitive compensation. The product is industry leading and well regarded by customers

      Cons

      Leadership continues to struggle to run this company. Motive has had 4 layoffs since 2020, and I fully expect more to happen in the future. The company is operating without a CRO, CFO, and COO. This has created a chaotic situation in Sales as every VP is doing their own thing and there is no alignment. Finance struggles to do basic things such as manage cash flow and budgets. The company doesn't have loyalty to the employees and will just fire anyone when cash gets tight (which happens nearly every year). Don't expect any long term job security.
