Pros
Right now Motive feels like one of those companies with the wind behind their backs. The CEO spent the last 10 years building a huge and loyal customer base with just a fraction of what we offer today. He has poured so much money into R&D over the last 3 years alone that our technology is flying by the competition. AI is on the forefront of everyone's minds these days and that is where Motive excels. We are swapping out older incumbent solutions at an amazing pace. On top of having superior technology to sell, the culture is fantastic. Leadership does a great job of bringing teams together often and celebrating success. There are also many events for customers and prospects which are a fantastic way to build relationships. Its clear that other vendors are panicking a bit. It's fun being with a company where it's hard to keep up with all the win announcements.
Cons
While I do not consider this a con, some people do. Motive is still a start up. Things are changing every single day. You have to be comfortable with that. It's an organization that is preparing for a potential IPO and putting those processes in place but a lot of it is trial and error sometimes. By coming here, you should be prepared for each day to be different.
