Pros

You will make great money if you’re a self starter. You will have the liberty to be yourself. I am a POC and I genuinely feel like I can bring my true self to the job day in and day out. Same goes with your sales process. If you’re closing at a high rate, they won’t care, for the most part haha.

Cons

The job can be taxing at times since there is a sufficient amount of grit needed. Don’t expect/rely on SDR passes as you will fizzle out in here quickly. There has been a push to focus more on top of funnel activity such as dials each day. It’s not much, but if you’re behind and don’t hit your top of funnel KPI’s you lose your liberty to SDR passes the next month.

- Truly the best culture, it was what brought me here and what keeps me here till this day. I feel like I can learn from everyone around me and be challenged, a group of very smart/talented/low ego individuals. - Fast-paced, never a boring day - Many opportunities to make a large impact - Motive products standing out from competition - extremely impactful and important, AI - Close to IPO, bright future ahead

Cons

- Like any startup, there will be bumps in the road and it's never perfect. We are all learning together as a company, I think having the strong/positive culture that we do, we will get through the hurdles - We've had layoffs like most tech companies in this economy this year and last, majority of employees who were impacted were due to performance reasons or because their role was no longer needed at the company. It is a very unfortunate situation that was not taken lightly, but it was something that we needed to do in order to reprioritize with the rebrand and going upmarket.
