The people, culture, and problem solving attitude at Motorola is exceptional everyone is laid back yet focused on achieving a common goal.

Cons

Motorola has engineers A10X decrease in their overall workforce over the past 20 years to constantly work on the cost side. This enclosed outsourcing labor overseas to reduce cost. This leaves very little Room for advancement of moving up in the company.

- great work culture - great work atmosphere - great people - unlimited opportunities to grow (in my case started from Junior Developer - now Development Lead of 5 Development Teams) - Great not job related activities like CSR and others

Cons

- hierarchy structure -> it took me 10 years to be in the place where when hierarchy became more, less flat - Moto-timing - in some departments it took so long to DO something. A lot of talking and process bullsitting before something is DONE - hopefully I'm observing it's is slightly changing to much more Agile approach but depending on department and stakeholders you are working with
