Pros

Good social benefits, environment, work-life balance and a great opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Cons

Sometimes the teams are distant and far apart geographically (e.g. one team or its manager can be based in different countries), which does not motivate the team-work spirit. Also, the facilities department is not well organized, people need to move frequently from one desk to another.

Pros

Work as a team and the team is really helpful. You will not be alone even working in midnight / weekends. Someone will be there to help. Moto encourages Innovation & Teamwork. Technical Sharing was held at least twice a year and your can get awarded for best submission.

Cons

Project rushing, team has to work OT to achieve the BLUE status. Oh ya, the process is about 70% of your work, either documentation / coding. If you are an intent, better to be self motivated / starter; most of the time you will be assigned with a "task" without monitoring. As everybody are busy with their task.
