Friendly working environment Working from home option Glasgow office is great Management are pretty chilled and friendly Pay is similar to other large consultancy companies

Cons

Graduate scheme is very poor. Just a few webinars throughout the year teaching you soft skills. There isn't much drive from management to get your experience and development increased as you can be stuck on the same project for years and without much opportunity to leave it and do something else. This can be frustrating. You can be forgotten about if you don't directly work with people from the same office. No proper benefits and very small annual bonus. Just tax break benifits. More flexibility on working hours and days would be great

1) lowest salary in the market 2) Work won't be recognised until you butter your bosses. 3) Skills don't matter just be an active member of the ECPs and you'll get your rewards. 4) Bias when it comes to appraisal.
