Pros

Commercial and Mid Market Leadership support and develop reps very well. Compensation is competitive. Growth opportunities are defined, measurable, and executable. Quota is attainable.

Cons

Leads are almost entirely self sourced. Marketing does not challenge existing and competitive programs well enough. CS is primarily focussed on supporting larger deals.

-Becoming way too too heavy -Being pushed into responsibilities outside your actual JD -Low pay and no annual bonus or RSUs if you're below a Director level -Middle management can lack a ton of basic skills to do their jobs but aren't held accountable and pass the work off to their ICs -No room to move up -One of the two PEs controls everything

Pros

Honestly, this has been one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. The WFH setup is great, the benefits are solid, and the work/life balance is real. You’re treated like a professional, and you’re trusted to manage your own desk and get things done. You do need to be good at prioritizing and taking ownership, but if you like that kind of independence, it’s perfect. People are open to feedback too. If you see something that could be better, you can speak up and make suggestions. Overall, just a really great place to work. I genuinely enjoy the people I work with.

Cons

I’d say the salary and bonus structure could be clearer. I don’t always have a good understanding of how those decisions are made, and a little more explanation from leadership would really help.
