Pros

Promises were given and reality was different. If you like drinking and a low professional attitude, this is the place for you. And new offices opening in Milwaukee and Chicago.

Cons

Obviously the "Merger" of Runzheimer and Motus was not a Merger. All customers converted over to their product which means that everyone but sales is now irrelevant in Wisconsin. The Technical skills are mainly farmed out to contractors, so if this is the role you are looking to fill, keep your resume up to date.

I guess the unlimited booze.

Cons

It seemed cool if you were fresh out of college and wanted a neat place to work. Then when you realize there is no one in charge it got a little weird. I was warned about this by a friend who previously worked there but thought what I saw from the outside was solid. When you go in there you realize it's just a bunch of people that don't know what they're doing being lead by someone with a dismal track record.

Good product to sell . Easy first job in terms of getting your feet wet. Good jumping off point to begin someone’s career.

Cons

Immature/toxic work environment that is reflected from top down and perpetuated through the HR/People department. Leadership is a good old boys club and has zero diversity.
